Nestled along the picturesque shores of Feghal in Batroun, the project sits on a slender plot flanked by a seasonal river. The villa is conceived as a floating volume, delicately perched upon the landscape, housing the intimate private spaces of its inhabitants. Clad in a subtle palette of light grey stone, the exterior facade gradually transitions into transparency as it approaches the sea view Beneath the private quarters, the reception spaces unfold in a transparent facade that blurs the boundaries between inside and outside, inviting the panoramic views of the sea to become an integral part of the living experience. The levels of the reception areas gracefully cascade downwards, mirroring the gentle slope of the site and ensuring a fluid transition between the various functional zones of the villa. At the heart of the residence lies a double-height garden, that seamlessly connects the different levels of the villa while ascending towards the rooftop, where an additional scenic deck awaits.
